Dr. Robert M. Newman

Dr. Newman is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1972, and graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland in 1976. He received a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Children's Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, upon completion of a two-year post-graduate residency in 1978.

After practicing for 8 years in Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. Newman moved to Boca Raton with his wife, Cheryl, and their two daughters, Marni and Kara, in 1986. He established West Boca Dentistry for Children at the Somerset Shoppes in Boca Raton in 1988.

Dr. Newman has been actively involved in Children's Dental Health Month programs under the auspices of the South Palm Beach County Dental Association. He is an active member of the Florida Dental Association, the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Society of Dentistry for Children, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Newman has also been associated with various community service causes and organizations in the Boca Raton area. his interests include weight lifting, playing the piano, and traveling.
